Powerhouse Pilates Studio is a fully dedicated boutique Pilates Studio.

 

Situated in Meldreth near Royston and Cambridge, our location offers private off-road parking with no need to endure the hassle and stress of city traffic.

 

Offering both classes and private Mat Pilates, our studio is light and airy - plus fully heated and air conditioned - to provide the optimum in inspiring and relaxing training environments.

 

Our classes are capped at 6 clients at one time to ensure a less intimidating environment whilst providing a higher quality class - less people means more instructor time devoted to helping you achieve your goals!

 

Our staff are very approachable, friendly and knowlegeable. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and high level of service.

 

What is the Powerhouse?

 

The Powerhouse is one of the most important concepts in Pilates training. Powerhouse muscles work together to form a supportive corset for your trunk. They stabilise, but they also create the big moves we make and they give those moves their dynamic strength. For this reason, we named our studio Powerhouse Pilates!
