STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to the orginal works of Joseph Pilates. Its founder Moira Merrithew trained in Joseph's studio in New York.

 

STOTT Pilates is an anatomically based, evolved and updated version of Pilates that enhances the orginal technique with the latest developments in body mechanics and athletic performance enhancement. STOTT Pilates is developed in collaboration with physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals.
