Traditional Mat Pilates
Challenging Essential Pilates. Provides a perfect platform to develop your understanding and ability. Recommended for those new to Pilates or have only been practicing for less than a year. I Move Freely Pilates. This class is for those who are new to Pilates or are recovering from injury.
We cover the basics and get you going on the Essential repertoire combined with elements of the Intrinsic Biomechanics repertoire. Useful for prehab/rehab.
Hatha Yoga- A gentle basic Yoga class, not saying that you will not work hard and be challenged whilst moving,stretching and breathing. Suitable for all levels.
